L'Encantada Armagnac Domaine De Bellair 1989

Distilled from Baco and Ugni Blanc grapes at Domaine  de Bellair in 1989, aged for 32 years in French oak barrels, and bottled unadulterated at a cask strength of 51.5% abv. 450 bottles total.

L'Encantada curates Armagnac selections based on "authenticity, tradition and know-how." The producers for their independent bottlings distill directly in the heart of their fields, with a mobile Alembic Armagnacais still. Their cellarmaster's selections are "barrel raw" – neither their color nor their alcohol content are modified. L'Encantada has quickly made a name for themselves in the spirits community, offering impressive vintages from previously unknown estates.
