L'Encantada Armagnac Domaine Petit Clavary 2009

Distilled from Baco and Colombard at Domaine Petit Clavary in 2009, aged for 12 years in French oak barrels, and bottled unadulterated at a cask strength of 58.4% abv. 130 bottles total.

L'Encantada curates Armagnac selections based on "authenticity, tradition and know-how." The producers for their independent bottlings distill directly in the heart of their fields, with a mobile Alembic Armagnacais still. Their cellarmaster's selections are "barrel raw" – neither their color nor their alcohol content are modified. L'Encantada has quickly made a name for themselves in the spirits community, offering impressive vintages from previously unknown estates.
